We have also implemented industry-leading fraud prevention measures when processing card payments to ensure the proceeds of crime cannot be used to purchase foreign currency from us. We have adopted a policy which says when in doubt, do not proceed. While this may cost us a few legitimate customers who have simply failed to update any change of details with the most common sources of identity verification - such as the Electoral Roll and consumer credit agreements - it will significantly deter organised crime, terrorists and fraudsters from attempting to exploit our services.
