You can add up to 5 addresses in your address book to speed up the creation of currency orders and reduce the likelihood of errors when re-typing the same address each time you place an order. We will automatically add the home address from your account, but you might add a work address if you have a corporate card registered in your name,

You can also specify a primary address, and we will automatically select that as your billing address when creating instant and forward orders. 

You can only add addresses which can be found in the Royal Mail Postal Address File (PAF), as these are the only addresses for which Royal Mail can provide their fully insured Special Delivery Guaranteed service. If you live at a new property not yet registered with Royal Mail, or if the address Royal Mail holds for your is incorrect, please visit the Royal Mail website to report a missing or incorrect address.

To add, edit and delete your addresses, just visit the accounts section of the mobile app or website.

If you have a Standard account, you can only use your account address for billing and delivery.

You can upgrade from a Standard account at any time to access this feature.
