You can submit a new primary email address at any time via the mobile app and website, and we will email a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the new email address. You must enter that OTP within an hour to verify the change of email address, or the request will automatically expire and you'll need to start again. During that hour you can request another OTP if the original one does not arrive. 

This allows us to verify that you have access to the submitted email account. We will then send all email correspondence to the new primary address.
