Our highest priority at this time is the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, our supply chain’s employees and our valued customers. As social distancing plays an increasingly important part in the UK’s response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have decided in consultation with our supply chain to temporarily suspend the supply of travel cash by mail order. We did not make this decision lightly, but we believe it is absolutely the right course of action.
As of 9am this morning, Tuesday 24 March 2020:
- No further deliveries will be despatched
- Our travel cash website and mobile app have been closed
- We have published a notice on the website and app with a link to this article with further information
As a technology-driven business operating out of the cloud, we have already successfully transitioned all of our direct employees to remote working to keep them safe. So although our mail order service is down, you can still contact our customer support team for information and advice Monday to Friday between 0830 and 1700 by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 0203 950 0660.
We will continue to actively monitor the latest UK Government advice, and as soon as they tell us it is safe to do so we will transition back to the office, and in conjunction with our supply chain re-open the travel cash mail order operation. Please check this article for the latest updates.
