In consultation with our supply chain, Travel Money Club has restored operations previously suspended as a result of the Coronavirus lockdown.
Our highest priority at this time remains the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, our supply chain’s employees and our valued customers. We continue to strictly adhere to social distancing and health and safety guidance issued by the UK Government, including maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at the distribution centre in Central London.
As of 9am this morning, Tuesday 30 June 2020:
- The distribution centre is operational and despatching orders
- The website and mobile app are fully operational and accepting orders
- Client Services is providing support by phone and chat from 8am-8pm
It is likely that there may be some continued disruption to our supply chain, and in particular Royal Mail continues to operate a Special Delivery service with reduced service levels and guarantees. The following information is currently published on their website, and we recommend that if your order is time sensitive you check the website again before placing an order to ensure you have a realistic expectation of delivery timescales.
Latest Royal Mail update (at 30 June 2020)
Due to increased absence levels, we’ve reviewed our timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes. For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day*. Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*.
For both services, we're no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.
