To verify that you have access to the email address you have registered for your user, we will send a message to that address when creating a new user containing a One Time Passcode (OTP). You must correctly enter the OTP in the sign up screens to proceed.
If you do not receive your OTP within 30 minutes of creating your account, please check your junk mail and clutter folders to ensure your email software has not junked the message.
To make sure you receive all our email messages without interruption, please add @travelmoneyclubcouk.intercom-mail.com and @travelmoneyclub.co.uk to the trusted domains/senders in your email software.
If you are still unable to locate the message, you can generate a new OTP which will be sent in a new email message. Don't worry, if the old OTP arrives first you can still use it. For security reasons we are unable to disclose OTP's via online chat or telephone.
For security reasons, if you are unable to validate your email address within 72 hours, we will automatically delete your account.
If you are unable to receive an OTP email from us, you can always sign up again with a different email address. You may need to close your web browser or mobile app to start again.
