You can pay for your Premium account either using a payment card or direct debit. To assist us in fraud prevention, your card or bank account must be registered to your home address (the one we just completed an identity check against).
We only accept direct debit via BACS, which means that you must have a UK bank account. Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Please note that the first instalment for the direct debit option must always be paid by debit or credit card, as it can take several days for the mandate to be setup by BACS
Direct debits are processed by Gocardless, a UK company currently handling over £1bn of transactions each year. Your bank details are submitted directly to Gocardless - which is authorised by BACS - and never stored on our servers. Gocardless provide us with a unique token for your direct debit mandate which allows us to receive future subscription payments. Your bank statement will show payment was collected by "GOCARDLESS-TRAVELMONEYCLUB-xxxxxxx".
Gocardless Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2009, registration number 597190, for the provision of payment services.
