Several members have told us that they are unable to access the web app at on their iPhone or iPad. This is usually because your Safari web browser is in "private" mode, and you probably don't even realise it! Unfortunately our web app won't work with Safari in private mode as it prevents us from "talking" to your device when we are caching exchange rates and processing orders.
