4.10 What happens if I change my home address?

You can request a change of address by visiting the 'account' section of the app or website and choosing 'your details'. Clicking on your current address will bring up an address search from which you can select your new address, which must be listed in the Royal Mail Postal Address File (PAF).

Next time you place an order, we will send your new address details to LexisNexis to confirm that you are resident there. If LexisNexis are unable to confirm that you reside at the new address, one of our Client Services team will get in touch and ask you to provide a Government-issued identity document and/or recent utility bill confirming that address.
