6.01 Can I track my foreign currency order?

Our highly automated Distribution Centre has a 100% success rate for despatching orders on time - so you can be confident it will be en route exactly when we said it would. We are working with Royal Mail and our Distribution Centre to deliver live tracking data to our customers.



In the meantime, if your delivery does not arrive on time do please get in touch and we will obtain your tracking number and investigate the delivery. It is very rare that Royal Mail fails to make a Special Delivery on time. Sign in to our website or mobile app and use the support badge bottom-right, or call us on 0203 950 0660.
