6.05 Can I change my delivery slot once the order has been placed?

The order confirmation will clearly identify the delivery slot you originally chose.

If you contact us at least one working day before delivery is due, we may be able to change the delivery date to another eligible date within 7 days of placing your order. Sign in to our website or mobile app and use the support badge bottom-right, or call us on 0203 950 0660.
